Over twelve years it grew into Intermedia Group: a technology group with a regional presence from Argentina to the United States, three specialized business units, and a proprietary AI product — Lirina — designed to industrialize business automation in LATAM.

With staff augmentation, talent joins your team and you manage the work. With outsourcing, you delegate the entire project to a vendor. Intermedia HR offers both models depending on client needs.

We present evaluated candidates within 48 to 72 business hours after receiving the role brief. The full selection and onboarding process typically takes 1 to 3 weeks.

Argentina operates at GMT-3, Peru and Colombia at GMT-5, and Mexico at GMT-6. All four zones have direct overlap with US business hours — from East Coast to West Coast — enabling real-time collaboration.

We specifically select bilingual (English-Spanish) profiles for US clients. English proficiency is evaluated as part of our screening process.

We replace them immediately at no cost. All candidates come with a 3-month guarantee — if the profile does not fit within that period, we search and present a replacement at no additional charge.

Staff augmentation adds professionals to your existing operation under your daily direction. A dedicated team is a complementary unit (dev, QA, TL) focused on a product or release with agreed cadences and governance.

We assess oral and written comprehension and expression in structured interviews. Required level is calibrated based on whether the role reports to teams in the US, Europe, or external clients.

If the employment relationship ends within the first 90 days due to performance or agreed fit issues, we manage a replacement with no new success fee for the same role, subject to contractual terms.
